Tehran | A top Iranian general has warned the Iranian Parliament of a Zionist plot to spread homosexuality in the Middle East.
Brigadier General Ahmad Reza Pourdastan claims he is in possession of incriminating documents proving the existence of a U.S. and Israeli Zionist plot to spread homosexuality, throughout a variety of means, in Muslim populations of the Middle East.
Earlier this week, Iranian authorities announced the capture of two Israeli spies, but Iranian officials have not yet disclosed if this new announcement is linked to the arrest of the two suspects.
“There is a great satanic conspiracy from the Zionist Jews to bring homosexuality not only to Iran but to all Muslim regions of the Middle East,” he told reporters.
“They have been poisoning the water and the air for years in the United States, like in San Francisco, and they are now bringing this technology to the Middle East,” he warned.

Brigadier General Ahmad Reza Pourdastan is not the first to ring the bell on an alleged Zionist conspiracy to spread homosexuality in Muslim populations in the region.
Previous studies from the University of Tehran have come to similar conclusions after analyzing water in the Gaza Strip region.
“Palestine has an abnormally high number of homosexuals according to our latest studies,” explains Biochemistry professor, Mohammed Ben Said of the University of Tehran.
“Many Muslim countries are aware of this discrepancy and a number of officials have accused Israel of inserting chemical agents into the tap water and through aerial spraying of pheromone-induced chemicals in the Gaza Strip region,” he told reporters.
“That is why many animals, like frogs and even humans, are turning homosexual in great numbers in that region,” he concluded.
Although there is officially no homosexuals in Iran according to government statistics, Human Rights Watch estimates the LGBT community to be around 5 to 8% of the population.
